Well done Penny Barber!

We are delighted to offer our congratulations to Penny Barber for her success in being elected as a Boaters’ Representative to the CRT Council.

Penny has been a member of RBOA for many years and has served on our committee in the past. To have someone with her knowledge and experience, not to mention enthusiasm, banging the drum on behalf of residential boaters is excellent news for us all and we look forward to working with her during these potentially testing times.
